LIVERPOOL MOVE A POSSIBILITY FOR CARVALHO

Young Fulham attacker Fabio Carvalho has caught the eyes in the English Championship this season and he has been linked with a lot of the big clubs in Europe. The 19-year-old has been touted as a possible addition for big European teams such as Liverpool and the Spanish La Liga duo of Real Madrid and Barcelona.

The Daily Mail says that super-agent Jorge Mendes is trying to get him a big move to Liverpool in the Premier League as he bids for him to join his management agency. Portuguese agent Mendes has a lot of his compatriots under his agency and young Carvalho could join them in the nearest future.

Portuguese talent Carvalho made his Fulham debut in the Premier League last season and he scored his first goal for the West Londoners during the defeat to Southampton in the same competition. He scored the lone goal for Fulham as they were beaten 3-1 by their hosts at the St. Mary’s Stadium. Carvalho scored once in four Premier League appearances for the Cottagers last season.

Portuguese attacker Carvalho continued where he left off last season in the Championship this season. Fulham were one of the three teams demoted from the Premier League at the end of last season, alongside West Brom and Sheffield United.

Carvalho scored three goals in his first five games in the Championship this season and that form earned him the award for the best young player in the division for the month of August. He has three goals and one assist in seven games for Fulham in the Championship this season.

Apart from young Carvalho, Villarreal attacker Arnaut Danjuma is also on the Liverpool radar after his impressive season for the Yellow Submarines till date. He has had a better career at Villarreal in comparison with the one he had at Bournemouth.
